A. HAKU is located on the 7th floor of LOTTE Hotel Hanoi.Please enter through the hotel entrance and take the elevator directly to the 7th floor. We are located next to the fitness center, inside AUDREY NAIL.If you have any difficulty finding us, please feel free to contact us via LINE or Zalo.

A.Children are welcome as long as they can wait quietly in the salon.Please note that children are not permitted in the treatment room during hair removal treatments, as the treatment light may affect their eyes.Thank you for your understanding.

A. Yes. All of our treatments are available for men, and we welcome many male clients at HAKU.

A.  Not at all. During your consultation, we will assess your skin condition and concerns, then recommend the treatment that best suits your needs.

A. Certain treatments, including machine-based treatments and herbal steaming, are not available during pregnancy.If you are in a stable stage of pregnancy and feeling well, facial treatments and eyelash services may be available depending on your condition. Please contact us in advance for a consultation.

Most treatments are available from approximately one month after childbirth, depending on your recovery and overall condition.During breastfeeding, machine-based treatments are generally not recommended. We recommend waiting until approximately one month after weaning before receiving these treatments.If you are unsure which treatments are suitable for you, please feel free to contact us for a consultation.
