History
The Story Behind HAKU
After moving to Hanoi, many people find that their skin becomes more sensitive and prone to breakouts, irritation, and other concerns.
At HAKU, we have met countless Japanese residents facing these same challenges.
Many Japanese people naturally have delicate and sensitive skin.
However, treatments and skincare approaches commonly used overseas are not always suitable for every skin type.
In some cases, aggressive treatments can actually worsen skin conditions.
Our founder experienced these struggles firsthand during more than 12 years of living in Hanoi.
Driven by the desire to help others facing the same concerns, HAKU was established.
At HAKU, we carefully consider each client’s skin condition, lifestyle, and sensitivity level to provide personalized treatments designed specifically for their needs.

Our staff receive training based on Japanese standards of skincare, hospitality, and customer care, ensuring attentive service tailored to each individual’s needs.
Japanese-language support is also available, so even first-time visitors can feel comfortable and confident when consulting with us.

How to Find Us
When arriving by taxi, please tell the driver "Lotte Hotel Hanoi".
Please enter through the hotel's private entrance on the 1st floor of Lotte Hanoi.
Enter through the main hotel entrance on the 1st floor and take the elevator to the 7th floor.
*Please note that this is a different entrance from the Lotte Department Store entrance.
